These terms apply when you create a Nasaq account and use the funding diagnostic. They are written to be read once and understood, not to be survived. Using the product means you accept them.
Nasaq is built and operated by Nart Abaza and Ahmed H. Osman, working as individuals rather than through an incorporated company. In these terms, "we" and "us" means the two of us, and "you" means the organization using the product through an account its representative created.
Nasaq asks about how your organization is set up and run, scores it across seven capacities, maps it against the eligibility rules of real funding sources, and produces a report showing which funding you can realistically reach and what stands between you and the rest.
The diagnostic is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features we will not retroactively charge for anything you have already done.
The report is informed guidance, not professional advice. It is not legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice, and it is not a substitute for reading a funder's own published criteria.
Eligibility findings reflect funder rules as we understand them at the time of your assessment. Funders change their criteria, their geographic priorities and their windows without notice. Verify eligibility against the funder's own published guidance before you invest time in an application.
Everything you put into Nasaq remains your organization's property. Your documents, your answers, your report.
You give us permission to store and process that content for one purpose: running the service for you. That permission covers sending text to our AI provider for analysis, as described in our Privacy page. It ends when you delete your content or your account. We claim no other rights over it.

If you find a security problem, tell us at hello@nasaq-os.com. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue to us in good faith and gives us a chance to fix it.
Each organization gets an allowance of AI processing, which is enough to complete a diagnostic and generate a report comfortably. The product shows you where you stand against it. If you hit the limit through legitimate use, write to us and we will sort it out.
We aim to keep the service running and to fix what breaks quickly. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may take it down for maintenance or change how features work as the product develops.
If we make a change that materially affects work you have already done, or if we decide to discontinue the service, we will tell you by email and give you a reasonable window to export or retrieve your report first.
We stand behind our handling of your data: the commitments in our Privacy page are ones we keep, and we will answer for them.
We do not warrant that the diagnostic's findings are complete, that a given funder will agree with our reading of their criteria, or that acting on the report will result in funding. The service is provided as it is, and outcomes depend on your organization, your applications, and decisions made by funders we do not control.
We are not liable for lost funding, lost opportunities, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or from decisions you make on the basis of the report. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it is limited to the amount you have paid us, which for the free diagnostic is nothing.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can stop using Nasaq at any time and ask us to delete your account and everything in it, as described under Getting your data deleted.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Except where the breach makes it impossible, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond and to retrieve your report.
